- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, April 6 and Monday, April 9.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Hwy 518/SeaTac Airport exit (#154, 154B).
- Drive west on Hwy 518 approximately 3.4 miles to 1st Avenue South.
- Turn left and drive south on 1st Avenue South approximately 1/10 mile to SW 150th St.
- Turn right and drive west on 150th approximately 3/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
