- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8:00am & 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, November 17 & 18. Major equipment removal schedule announced on auction day.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 45 st exit(#169) westbound.
- Drive west on NE 45th which turns into Midvale, past Hwy 99, then turns into N 46th St, approximately 1.6 miles to NW Market.
- Continue north, then west on Market approximately 1.2 miles to 15th Avenue NW.
- Turn left and drive south on 15th approximately 1 mile to Emerson St at the south end of the Ballard Bridge.
- Turn right and drive west on Emerson approximately 4/10 mile to 21st Ave W.
- Turn right and drive north on 21st approximately 3/10 mile where 21st turns into W Commodore Way.
- Drive west on Commodore Way approximately 1/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
