- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, September 15 & Monday, September 18.

- From north or southbound I-5, take the Hwy 542/Mt Baker Hwy exit (#255).
- Drive northeast on Hwy 542/Mt Baker Hwy approximately 11.5 miles to Hillard Road.
- Turn right and drive south on Hillard Road approximately 2/10 mile to Deming Road.
- Turn right on Deming Road and drive approximately 1/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
