- A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, auction day.

- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. Equipment removal schedule announced on auction day.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From north or southbound I-405, take the Bothell-Everett Hwy/Hwy 527 exit (#26) northbound.
- Drive north on Bothell-Everett Hwy approximately 3/10 mile to 220th St SE.
- Turn right and drive east on 220th approximately 5/10 mile to 23rd Drive SE.
- Turn right on 23rd. The auction site is on the right, entrance at the back of the building.
