- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, January 27 and Monday, January 30.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From Portland, drive southwest on Hwy 99W towards McMinnville.
- Turn left and continue southwest on Hwy 18/Dayton Bypass to the Salmon River Spur.
- Drive northwest on the Salmon River Spur which turns into westbound 3rd St.
- Turn right on Johnson St and drive north where Johnson becomes Lafayette Ave to NE 8th St.
- Turn left on NE 8th and drive 1 block west to Alpine Avenue.
- Turn left on Alpine Avenue. The auction site is ahead, on the left.
