: Full payment must be made by no later than close of business auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm,
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or south I-405, take the NE 124th Street (exit #20).
- Drive east on NE 124th Street approximately 9/10 mile to 132nd Pl NE ( Slater Ave NE) and turn left.
- Continue approximately 2/10 mile to NE 126th Place and turn left into the Totem Valley Business Center to the auction site located in building A-2.
