REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All equipment must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8am & 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, August 6 & 7.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 45th St exit (#169).
Drive west on 45th approximately 1.3 miles where 45th turns into N 46th.
Continue west on 46th, under Aurora Avenue, approximately 3/10 mile where 46th turns into Market St.
Continue on Market Street northwest then west approximately 1.2 miles to 15th Avenue NW.
Turn left and drive south on 15th approximately 4/10 mile to Leary Avenue NW.
Turn right on Leary and drive west approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
