- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday & Thursday, February 15 & 16.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From northbound I-5 take the 236th St SW exit (#178).
- Turn right on 236th St Sw and drive approximately 1 mile to Cedar Way.
- Turn left onto Cedar Way (which turns into 44th Ave W) and drive approximately 1/2 mile to the auction site located on the right.
- From southbound I-5 take the 196th St SW/WA Hwy-524 exit (#181).
- Turn right and drive east on 196th St SW/WA Hwy-524 approximately 1/2 mile to 44th Ave W and turn left.
- Continue on 44th Ave W approximately 2 miles to the auction site located on the left.
- The auction site is located in the QFC shopping center.
