- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All equipment must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8am and 4:30pm, Friday, June 16; 8am and 2:30pm, Monday, June 19.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-205, take the Hwy 26/Gresham exit(#19) eastbound.
- Drive east on Hwy 26, approximately 17 miles to Sandy.
- At the third stoplight on Hwy 26/Mt Hood Hwy in Sandy, turn right onto Ruben Lane, drive 1/2 block then left to the auction site.
