- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. Removal will be one hour after the auction or 8:30am to 4pm, Wednesday September 2nd & Thursday September 3rd.Ê
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From HWY 520 west take the 148th Ave NE exit and turn left onto 148th Ave NE. Follow 148th Ave NE south for approximately ¸ mile and turn right onto NORTHUP WAY. Go west on NORTHUP WAY approximately 1 mile and turn right on 130th Ave NE. Auction is on the corner of 130th Ave NE and NORTHUP WAY.
