- Due to insurance and safety reasons, children under 12 cannot be admitted.
- A 25% total deposit is required on date of sale. Full payment must be made no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday following auction. Payments may be made auction day or between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. the following Monday and Tuesday. Payment must be made by cash, cashierıs check, MasterCard or Visa. Personal or Company Checks accepted ONLY with letter of guarantee from the bank.
- REMOVAL: There will be no removal during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. No purchases may be removed until all purchases are paid for. All items must be removed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday following the auction.
