A 25% deposit is required by close of business, auction day.

Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases
must be removed 1 hour after the sale each day or between 8am & 4:30pm,
Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, April 15, 16, & 17.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence
over printed matter. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories,
parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

From north or southbound I-5, take the NE 50th Street exit(#169)
westbound. Drive west on NE 50th approximately 8/10 mile to Green Lake
Way. Turn left and drive southwest on Green Lake Way approximately 5/10
mile to Fremont Avenue. Turn left and drive
south on Fremont approximately 5/10 mile to N 39th Street. Turn right and
drive west on 39th approximately 4/10 mile to Leary Way. Turn right on
Leary and drive northwest 1/2 block to NW Bowdoin Place. Turn left on
Bowdoin and drive 1/2 block to the auction site, located on the left.
