- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday, June 17 & 18.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-5, take the Kent/Des Moines/Hwy 516 exit (#149).
- Drive east on Hwy 516/Kent Des Moines Road approximately 4 miles to Central Avenue in Kent.
- Turn left and drive north on Central approximately 4 blocks to Smith St.
- Turn right and drive east on Smith St/Hwy 516 which turns into Canyon Drive, then Kent Kangley Road/Hwy 516 approximately 6 miles to 169th Pl SE.
- Turn left on 169th Place and drive 1 block to SE 270th. The auction site is on the right, next to Office Depot.
