Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, August 11 and Monday, August 14.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

From southbound I-5, take the Southcenter Blvd & Mall exit (#154B).
Drive east on Southcenter Blvd approximately 5/10 mile to 61st Avenue South.
Turn right and drive south 1 block to Southcenter Parkway.
Turn right on Southcenter Parkway and drive approximately 1.3 miles to the auction site, located on the left, in Parkway Supercenter.
From northbound I-5, take the Southcenter Parkway exit (#153).
Turn right and drive south on Southcenter Parkway approximately 1 mile to the auction site, located on the left, in Parkway Supercenter.
