AUCTIONEERS NOTE:

- Due to problems with the landlord, the auction at Cobbler Kitchen will not take place at the RESTAURANT location. Instead, the auction will be held at the James G. Murphy company facility at 18226 68th Avenue NE starting at 11am, with all items to be sold via photo. Bidders will still be allowed to preview the items at the RESTAURANT location, but bidding will take place at our Kenmore facility. Itıs approximately a 30 minute drive from the RESTAURANT site to our Kenmore auction facility.

- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, July 19 & 20.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.
