- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Friday, March 24. Removal of larger items will be announced at the time of the auction.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or south TX Loop 289/W TX Loop 289, take the 4th Street/Reese Center exit (FM-2255W).
- (From South Loop 289, 4th Street exit, turn left on to Frankford Road (underpass at the first light) go approximately 1/2 mile to the 4th street and Frankford intersection.
- Turn left on to 4th Street/FM 2255W).
- Drive west on 4th Street/FM-2255W approximately 5-1/2 miles to Research Blvd and turn right.
- From Research Blvd, turn left onto Reese Blvd, into Reese Center.
- Turn left, at intersection (approximately 1/10 mile) to Gilbert Dr.
- Drive approximately 3/10 mile on Gilbert Dr to 10th and turn right to the auction site located on the left. Parking is available on the right, East of the building .
