  • Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Thursday, September 3. A 25% deposit is required by close of business, auction day. Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa cards only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee. Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
  • REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale auction day or between 8am & 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, September 3 & 4.

  • Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.

  • Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
    From north or southbound I-5, take the South 272nd Street exit(#147). Drive east on S. 272nd approximately 2.2 miles to West Valley Highway. Turn right and drive south on West Valley Highway approximately 7/10 mile to the auction site, located on the right.
