PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than 4 pm, Friday, July 10.
A 25% deposit is required by the close of business, each auction day.
Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards only.
Personal or Company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction. All Purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale each day or between 8 am & 4:30 pm Friday & Monday, July 10 & 13.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
From northbound I-5, take the Johns Landing/Corbett Avenue exit(#298). Turn right and drive south on Corbett to SW Boundary. Turn left and drive east on Boundary to Macadam. Turn left and drive north on Macadam approximately 3/10 mile to Hamilton Court. Turn right and cross the railroad tracks to the auction site.
From southbound I-5, take the Hwy 43/Lake Oswego exit(#299A). Drive south on Hwy 43 to Hamilton Court. Turn left on Hamilton Court and cross the railroad tracks to the auction site.
