- Cash, cashiers check, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee. NO BANKCARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, March 29, 30 & 31.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From south WA Hwy-167, take the 212th Street exit. Drive west on 212th Street approximately 1-1/2 miles to 72nd Ave S and turn right.
- Continue on 72nd Ave S approximately 1/2 mile to the auction site located on the left in the Green River Corporate Park.
- From north WA Hwy-167, take the WA Hwy-516 exit (Kent DesMoines Rd).
- Turn left onto WA Hwy-516 and drive west approximately 2/10 mile to WA Hwy-181 (West Valley Hwy).
- Turn right onto WA Hwy-181 and drive north approximately 2-1/2 miles to S 204th Street and turn right to the auction site located on the left in the Green River Corporate Park.
