- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday & Monday, May 30 & June 2.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.

- Drive west on 45th approximately 1 mile to Midvale.

- Continue west on 46th approximately 4/10 mile where 46th turns into Market St.

- Turn left and drive south on 15th approximately 1 mile to W Emerson St.
- Turn right and drive west on Emerson approximately 4/10 mile to 21st Ave W.
- Turn right and drive north on 21st approximately 2/10 mile to W Elmore St.
- Turn left and drive west on Elmore approximately 1/10 mile to 24th Ave W.
- Turn right on 24th and drive north approximately 1/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
