- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday, April 20 and Monday, April 23.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- From northbound Hwy 16, take the Wollochet Drive/City Center exit onto Stinson Avenue.
- Drive north on Stinson Avenue approximately 1.1 miles where Stinson becomes Harborview Drive.
- Continue North on Harborview approximately 7/10 mile where Harborview becomes Burnham Drive.

- From southbound Hwy 16, take the Sehmal/Burnham
- Drive exit to Burnham Drive.
- Drive south on Burnham drive approximately 1.5 miles to 97th St NW. Turn left on 97th. The auction site is on the left.
