- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit.
- REMOVAL: No purchases may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All purchases must be removed 1 hour after the sale or between 8 am & 4:30 pm, Friday & Monday, June 10 & 13.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS

- From north or south I-5, take the Mercer Street/Fairview Ave exit (#167).
- Turn right onto Fairview Ave N and left onto Valley Street.
- Continue on Valley Street to Broad Street and drive west approximately 1 mile to Denny Way.
- Turn right onto Denny Way approximately 3/10 mile to Western Ave W and turn right again.
- Continue on Western Ave approximately 2/10 mile to Elliot Ave and drive approximately 1 mile to the auction site located on the left.
