- PAYMENT: Full payment must be made by no later than the close of business, auction day.
- Cash, cashiers check, Master & Visa Cards, wire transfers only. Personal or company checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
- Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or 8am to 4:30pm, Friday & Monday, August 17 & 20.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.
- Due to safety & insurance reasons, persons under 12 not admitted.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
|
- From north or southbound I-5, take the Corson Ave/Michigan St exit (#162).
- Drive west on Michigan St approximately 5/10 mile to the First Avenue South bridge.
- Drive south on the First South bridge to the West Marginal Way exit.
- Turn right off the exit and drive north approximately 2/10 mile to West Marginal Way SW.
- Turn left and continue north on W Marginal Way approximately 1.8 miles to the auction site, located on the left. Note that there is limited parking at the auction site.
