- REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the sale or from 8am to 4:30pm, Thursday & Friday, February 26 & 27.
- Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed matter.
- Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/or aggregate basis.

- Drive north on Hwy 522 approximately 13.7 miles to Hwy 2 in Monroe.
- Turn right and drive west on Hwy 2 approximately 5/10 mile to 179th Avenue SE.
- Turn left and drive south on 179th approximately1/10 mile to 147th St SE.
- Turn right and drive west on 147th approximately 3/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
